This is one of the busiest and entertaining restaurant and bar in town, and is one of the only year round restaurants with an established and very loyal clientel. The restaurant gets a lot of the local traffic as well as a lot of foot traffic to the beach. The restaurant is painted by a nationally renowned artist and has been featured in several newspapers and magazines from around the world. We only opened the restaurant for dinner everyday at five with a good lunch and brunch on saturday and sunday. We haven't promoted the large bar upstairs but stay consistently busy all year round especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We have increased our sales every year, and were on the way to over a million in sales until 9/11. We quickly recovered to our normal business due to the location of the resort town to all the major cities, Washington DC, New York, Philadelphia, New York and several others. The new owners would be able to capitalize on more business by opening for breakfast and lunch and or promoting the upstairs bar more. We have enjoyed ourselves with this restaurant and have had much success with a previous restaurant that we just sold two years ago to our manager, who is doing even better. We are only selling to start another venture and to travel while we are still young enough to enjoy it. The restaurant really runs itself, but helps if the owners are very much a part of greeting and getting to know the clientel.
